The staff! They were so unobstrusive and so helpful with anything we asked! Especially the chauffeur Mr Salokam Sharma was a gem! Apart from him, the F&B manager Anuj, front desk personnel Naveen, our bartender Satyam who made such lovely cocktails, and all the cleaning and kitchen staff! (Alas I couldn’t gather the name of the gentleman in the restaurant who was professionalism personified!) The location and property was awesome but it’s the staff who made it worth it! They made it feel like we were at Taj! 😀

great service; beautiful view the food was also very good and they had great variety. The staff was really helpful and never said no to anything. The food was very very good we loved all our meals at the hotel. The view from the resort is beautiful, one can see the snowclad mountains right from the dinning area

Very well maintained… beautiful location. The staff is excellent. Got free upgrade and they were more than happy to adjust two kids without any extra charges. The front desk staff as well as the restaurant staff were great in hospitality.. extremely courteous ad really went out of the way to make the stay comfortable.

The staff checked us in almost immediately with warm drinks and the view was exceptional. The rooms were warm and clean. I loved this experience and definitely will go back if possible.
